My approach to healing is fun mixed with diving deep. Reflecting feels challenging at times! But allowing ourselves to get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable is honoring the process. Think about it! We’re human and we get to experience all of these feelings so that, as we heal, we can help others along the way.

Releasing = unblocking your energy

I’ve been practicing energy unblocking before I knew what Ancient Kemet healing or Reiki was. So, since I was about 5 years old or so, I’ve been a very empathetic, sensitive, and in tune person. Through my own personal healing, I’ve cultivated these abilities and skills and it’s been a beautiful ride.

With my Taino and African roots, I’m excited to express, learn, and provide healing practices to others. Helping people to tap into the healer within themselves as I continue to heal myself.

I get so gitty exploring more valuable knowledge. I’m a seeker of truth and it’s really fun. I turn my crisis into passion, and assist others in their chakra balancing. I focus on the 7 main chakras, using intuition and tapping into Source as I speak with clients.
